What are the key investment lines to open a Boticario business internationally?

There are 4 key investment components for opening a Boticario operation beyond the working capital requirement: sanitary registration costs; furniture (in case of stores/kiosks/store-in-store); marketing launch activation budget; and inventory (for market launch + 4 months coverage).


For the furniture component, we have a diverse set of options suitable for different space options and architectural styles, starting at USD 9.000 for a 6 m² kiosk.

What kind of support is provided by Boticario by the time the market is opened?

Boticario will be responsible for providing training materials, sharing marketing/brand guidelines, approving local communication plans and actions, recommending annual marketing plans, providing documentation for product registration, order suggestions and exportation documents, and approving purchase plan and calendar, among other responsibilities.
On the other hand, Boticario’s partner will be responsible for the day- to-day operations of the business, including taking care of local transportation to warehouse/stores, arranging for local sanitary registration and customs clearance, managing the sales channels daily, adapting marketing materials to local audiences, etc.
